Rs2Share is a multifaceted resource to meet your needs, care for aging at home and making decisions related to changes that may occur throughout the aging process.

our belief

Rs2Share was founded on the belief that seniors/elders deserve to be listened to in order to capture their voice and their choice.

new solutions

Pamela Robinson and Jamillah Robinson  joined together to find new solutions to improve quality of life for the growing aging population. Both have found that seniors are often under-recognized and with subtle and slight changes that can transition them into having a disability.

As Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) and Directors of Rehabilitation they have advocated and provided their knowledge with families, caregivers, other healthcare professionals, the aging and the geriatric population. They allow seniors/elders to share their desires during the decision making process of their care. Pamela and Jamillah are catalysts in the healthcare industry and are committed to ensuring aging seniors receive the care  they need and deserve. With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and navigating seniors throughout the continuum of care, they are credible partners in the area of care management.

who are the founders

Pamela Robinson

Compassionate, meticulous, articulate and caring describes Pamela, who is a North Carolina native. As a preteen, she was drawn to the healthcare setting and enjoyed spending time helping the elderly. Later as an adult, she found combining her communication skills and her desire to advocate for quality care for the elderly was possible becoming a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). She has worked in a variety of settings throughout her 30-year career, in skilled nursing, home health, assistive living and hospice.

 

Early in her career, she was promoted to a manager role as a Director of Rehabilitation and soon after, Regional Director of Rehabilitation. Both positions gave her an opportunity to monitor and ensure quality rehabilitation services were delivered with excellence in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). Licensed in North Carolina and Virginia allows Pamela to continue to function in a service role as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) serving all populations. As a Certified Geriatric Care Professional (CGCP), Pamela will serve her clients well by providing detailed resources to aid in the management of individualized care needs while navigating through the stages of life with respect and dignity.

 

Pamela is a wife and mother of twin sons, who enjoys family time, sports (running, cycling and golf). She’s very active in her church and community.

who are the founders

Jamillah Robinson

Service and Caring was instilled in Jamillah at a young age and she has remained passionate and provides compassionate care throughout her life. As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for 23 years,  she has provided therapeutic services to children and adults who have communication deficits/disabilities with varying medical diagnosis and conditions at a variety of levels of severity. As Jamillah’s career progressed to Director of Rehabilitation, she began working closely with adults, caregivers and families and seeing the impact and positive outcomes of persons with deficits/disabilities as they progressed through their habilitation and rehabilitation process.

 

Having the experience of Director of Rehabilitation in a Continuum Care Retirement Center (CCRC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) for 17 years heightened her awareness of healthcare services for the seniors, developed her skill/knowledge and allowed her to be a resource, while serving, preparing, and educating the community, families and the aging population.

 

Her healthcare career  lead to the partnership and development of Rs2Share- where we listen, we advise, and manage one’s care. As a Care Manager Certified (CMC) and Certified Geriatric Care Professional (CGCP) she is able to advise and assist with care plans, support family/caregiver/client, as well as be a resource. She enjoys being an advocate for the aging client so they are prepared and their voice is heard. 

We honor each person’s right to make their own informed choice. Our job is to inform and educate to enable each person to make an “informed choice”.
